Avengers: Age Of Ultron

Perhaps the most exciting project to date for some of the guys, and from the team Hasit Savani, Adam Rae and David Cheung worked on Marvel’s highly anticipated sequel to Avengers. The just-released epic trailer seems to eclipse all of Marvel’s previous projects and sets the scene ahead of next year’s release!

The guys all agreed that being on set was an incredible experience: the scale, the quality of the cast and stunt teams, set design, special fx, choreography, costume and intelligent CGI all came together beautifully.

For any martial artist, stunt performer, actor or even fan of comic, anime and graphic novels, working for any of Marvel’s stories or projects is a dream job. Cali Nelle, Laurent Plancel and Hasit Savani have all graced sets before in projects such as Guardians of the Galaxy and Kingsmen: The Secret Service, but for Adam and David, this was their first experience into the Marvel Universe.

The Stunt Coordinator was none other than Greg Powell, something of a legend in the industry, and some of the established stunt performers included Helen Bailey, Andy Lister and Heidi Moneymaker, arguably three of the best stunt performers on the planet…

All three of the team were cast as part of the Ultron Spawn/forces, and their work was to provide the motion capture in CGI fractal suits. We played exciting action sequences, dynamic fight scenes and varied reactions, including fighting Captain America, and new characters Pietro (Quicksilver) and Wanda (The Scarlet Witch).
